Last week ma family arrived here. Mom and Dad, and i was so happy to see them after more than 2 years.
I was more happy two days after that when my bro Rajan came over for his holiday. I was much more happier because i was seeing him almost after 5 years. It was really great for me to see them all together and have to spend couple of days together.
We planned to visit some places in Malaysia and Singapore.
The first day we just visited inside the KL area ie KLCC, Batu Caves blah blah...
After that we planned to go to Langkawi, since it was far and my family didnt have enough time, i changed Langkawi to Pulau Tioman. It was a nice island with very very very fresh and crystal clear water. A 6 hours journey from KL to Mersing and 3 hours Jetty from Mersing. We reached Mersing @ 3PM but the ferry services say that their last ferry was by 2PM. so no other option we need to stay 1 night @Mersing.
We stayed in a hotel called TIMOTEL HOTEL. that was a 2 star hotel and was very nice. But the food was a MESS.
The next morning we tool the ferry @ 7AM and head towards Tioman. The water was really very crystal clear. we reserved a hut in a place called SALANG in tioman island. it was the farmost part of the island and very nice and cheap as well.. We Went for snorkling which is a must if u go to some island visit. SNORKLING is a kind of fun activity where u can get to see underwater corals and fishes very clearly. Usually i dont eat fish, but in tioman we saw a BBQ restaurant where they BBQ all kind of seafood from Fish, Sotond, Prawns etc2.. Hence, we sat down and ordered a Big Garoupa.
The food came after 15-20 mins. and the fish was so tasty that even a seafood hater will enjoy it. Garoupa was not enough coz it was so tasty. So after finishing that we went for 1 more. this time it was TUNA. but it was not as good as the previous one. we finished it though.
After we were done with Tioman we came back to KL and planned to visit Genting Highlands the next day.
Next morning by 8 we were in 1U waiting for the bus but the bus was full till 10. Noo other option we waited 2 hours and boarded the bus @10.
After entering Genting the first thing we went to for is SPACE SHOOTER. it was xtreamly enjoyable. Ma bro said lets go for 1 more round. but as there was a long queu i went on for a next game.
then we went for go cart which was another ultimate fun. I started the cart and guess what never ever touched the BRAKE paddle. ha ha ha... it was so much fun in speed...
Unfortunately it was our last outdoor game as it started to rain heavily. then we went indoor and planned to go for 4d movie. But the queue was hell of a long.. until outside the stairs.... i said goodbye to the 4d theater and instead went Banging Cars upstairs....
At night its very hard to get back from the cable car as its a very long wait. so we didnt waste any time and we came back around 7PM. The same day we had booked the bus for singapore @ 10 PM. so we were in a hurry as well..
Anyhow we managed to finish cooking and eating and packing all at once.. then we left for singapore in 5 Star travels..
The Bus was so freaking awesome.. got individual moniter with games and movies.. got something like the massage center in the bus chair itself.. just press a button and it will do all... w000wwwwww....
The Bus was suppose to leave us at GMC, but unfortunately the driver told us that our stop is RWS. we got down in RWS without any idea what to do. and without any Singapore $. all we hade was American $, Malaysian RM and UK Pound. it was 4 in the morning and we were inside some resort. we had no freaking idea and took a nice rest for 2 hours in a park upstairs.
When the sun came down, when it became bright we opened our eyes and found w0www... it was a nice place... it was Resort World Sentosa in Sentosa Island... and the good thing was The Bus, The LRT anything was FOC inside the island... ha ha ha...
We jalan jalan the whole day inside the RWS...As we were going we found a browser that says that there is an underwater aquarium and also a Dolphin show... we hurried as it have a time limit... Then we found thatall it was included in a package.. we bought that package and went inside to see the Underwater Aquarium where we can see, touch, and feel the dieefernt species of Aquatic animals...
After visiting the aquarium we went for the Dolphin show...
it was nice seeing the dolphin tricks with real eyes for the first time in life..But the more interesting thing was the SEAL fish dancing in the tone of music...
It was our bad luck that it started to rain and the show was minimised. But atleast we were happy to see whatever we saw. After that we went to a FISH MASSAGE which was included in the package.
It was called Fish Reflexology. What they do is they put 100s of fish in a small man made pond and tell us to dip our leg in there. As we dip our leg the fish will come and suck in our leg which is kind of a massage. at first it was very ticklish but it felt good after couple of minutes. the massage with the fish sucking was awesome.
After finishing everthing we went to the main city of singapore. We took the MRT, called one friend he helped us to manage a hotel. In the evening after getting fresh we went to the SINGAPORE FLYER which was the tallest in the world. it was amazing. before boarding we were afraid.. coz we are afraid of heights.. but we dared to board.. once we board.. it was like nothing.. it moved very slowly.. very very slowly.. so nothing we fear.. we can see the clear night view of singapore from inside.. when we reached the top position.. we were like OMG.... this is real singapore...
As it was already night we didnt planned anywhere as mom and dad dont enjoy so much night life...
the next morning we went to Merlion park to get some fresh air.. it was awesome as in photographs we see before....The continuous flow of the water from the Lion's mouth was awesome.. and the view of the buildings were mind blowing... we spent 2 hours in there snaping each others snaps...
We were out of time.. our return ticket was by 3 noon.. so we went back to hotel.. grab some South Indian Kerala Style meal for Breakfast and say Good Bye to ma Brother and headed back to KL.
